Vikas, if you have ffmpeg installed on your n9/n950, the download audio functionality works. When I run it on my Fedora Desktop or MeeGo Netbook, for which ffmpeg is more readily available, then it works. Of course I still haven't gotten around to fixing the damn keyboard problem either, but I've been busy working on other stuff... [Rate: 10/10] |

Unlike my previous comment, I think this app is missing the major functionality. It does not download audio only. Everyone I click download audio button, it downloads video. Am i missing some setting? [Rate: 3/10] |

I was so badly missing this app on N9. Have used this app daily on my N900. The cuttube app in Ovi doesn't have any option to download "audio" from youtube so kinda useless :(.

If video fails to download, make sure you change the directory of downloaded video in the settings.. It will fix it.. But keyboard problem is still need patch.. thank you [No rate] |

As I've solved the virtual keyboard problem in some of my other apps, I will have a fix for http://nielsmayer.com/meego/qml/qmltube.xhtml soon... however, first, I'm trying to release another app ( http://code.google.com/p/voicetogoog/ ) to the Ovi store for N9/N950, so this fix will have to wait. Note that qmltube is open source so feel free to submit patches and improvements.

Hello. I'm having a one problem with the app, otherwise it's really awesome. My problem is, when i do a search, og enter in account info. The keyboard gets stuck, i have to swipe the app away and open it again to remove the keyboard from the screen. And by the i'm using it on an N9.

FYI, I patched qmltube updating from Maemo version 1.0.6 to 1.0.11. Now YouTube videos should play again.
